A desperate search is underway for a 35-year-old woman and her baby son who have vanished from their home.
Police are desperately searching for a mother and her baby who went missing from their home early this morning.
Janice Hughes, 35, was last seen in Belper, Derbyshire, around 1.30 a.m. with her 10-month-old son.
Janice, who is originally from Surrey, was reported missing from her home on Becksitch Lane, according to Derbyshire Police.
They said they are "very concerned" about their disappearance as the search for the mother and her child intensifies, according to The Sun.
The mother is described as white, with blue eyes and a slim build, according to cops.
Her heart tattoo on her neck also serves as a distinguishing feature.
"We are very concerned for the safety of Janice Hughes and her baby son who are missing from Belper," a Derbyshire Police spokesman said.
"Janice, 35, a Surrey native, was reported missing from her Becksitch Lane home shortly before 1.30 a.m. this morning."
"It is believed that Janice is carrying her 10-month-old son, and we are eager to locate them so that we can ensure that they are safe and sound."
"She has a heart tattoo on her neck and is described as white, slim, and with blue eyes."
