Dwarfs who met on the set of Snow White's Grouchy are now 'living their own fairytale.'

As they prepare for a magical family Christmas, a couple who met while starring as dwarfs in Snow White have revealed how they are now "living their own fairytale."

Laura Phillips claimed her husband Nathan was playing Grouchy, but the couple married and now have two dwarf sons, Nathan, seven, and Jax, two.

"All of my previous boyfriends in previous relationships were average height," the 31-year-old said.

"I remember texting my auntie and telling her, 'I really like this guy,'" she says.

'He's a tyke, too.'

"He was playing Grouchy in the panto, but he was actually kind and funny, and we hit it off right away, and now we have two kids, a dog, and a house."

Both played goblins at Gringotts bank in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which they starred in together.

Laura will also be seen in another production of Snow White this Christmas, this time as Smiler in a Sunderland production.

"We love being a small family and wouldn't trade it for the world," she said.

People used to laugh and stare at me when I was younger, but the world has changed so much for the better, and that makes me so happy.

"People now recognize us on the street and wave or stop for a chat; I feel a little like a local celebrity." "I enjoy answering people's questions; it's nice to know they're interested in learning more about dwarfism."

"We're just a regular family," she added.

We're only different in that we're small, but that doesn't bother us. "There's no way we'd want to be average height," says one of them.

"There isn't a single thing I would change."
