'The Voice': Will Season 22 Be Renewed Or Cancelled?
Season 21 of NBC's "The Voice" will air its final episode on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, and some fans are wondering if the show will return in 2022.
While the show has not been officially renewed by NBC for a second season, it is very likely to be renewed.
On both Monday and Tuesday nights, the show is a ratings powerhouse for the network, consistently outperforming other shows in terms of viewership.

While these figures are lower than the previous season, they are still impressive for network television in 2021.

When asked about leaving the show, he said at the time, "I hope that's not too far down the road."

He went on to say that he and his wife, Gwen Stefani, want to spend the rest of their lives together.
"I mean, we've both pretty much pushed it to the limit as far as our careers and touring and now the television thing," Shelton said at the time of the interview. "It's been fortunate to accomplish a lot of things."
"The Voice's" season finale is split into two parts on NBC.
The first part will be broadcast live on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 8 p.m. Eastern.
It will be recorded and re-aired later for the west coast.
The top five contestants will sing for votes during the show.
Then, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 9 p.m. Eastern time, the second half of the finale will air.
