Remembering Osageide: memorial and funeral service information

Memorial service dates have been set for Tulane football player Sule Osagiede, who died in a Jan. 21 car accident driving back to campus from his hometown of Houston, Texas. A campus memorial service will be held 4 p.m. today in McAlister Auditorium. Parking for the event will be available in the Diboll Parking Garage on Ben Weiner Drive. Funeral services will take place 9 a.m. this Friday at the River Point Church in Richmond, Texas. The university has arranged transportation for Green Wave students and staff who wish to attend. Buses will leave the Rosen Lot 11 p.m. Thursday, and will return to campus following the service.
