Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford partied all night with the Rolling Stones, then showed up to film 'The Empire Strikes Back' while still inebriated.

While filming the Star Wars films, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford had a whirlwind romance.

Despite their age difference and Ford's marital status, the couple maintained an affair for years, denying any rumors of a possible hookup even when confronted by co-star Mark Hamill.

Despite their doomed romance, Ford and Fisher appeared to have a good time together.

One of their most memorable moments involved the actors partying with The Rolling Stones and then reporting to work while still inebriated.

Celebrities are usually subjected to a slew of rumors about their personal lives.

While some rumors are true, others aren't, and it's usually up to the individual to dispel them.

Fisher sat down with The Daily Beast in 2015 to discuss her time as Princess Leia and to clear up some of the rumors surrounding her time on Star Wars.

Fisher was asked if the rumors about the drug-fueled party with The Rolling Stones were true after clearing the air about beating out Meryl Streep for the role of Princess Leia Organa.

The star said, "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes,

Fisher recalled receiving a call from Idle inviting her to join him, saying, "The Rolling Stones are here!" Fisher decided to invite Ford to the meeting after joining Idle and realizing that all band members were present.

She recalled, "I called Harrison and said, 'Get over here! This is ridiculous!'"

Fisher reflected on the events of the day, noting that she and Ford never went to sleep to avoid waking up with a hangover.

"We don't really smile a lot in the movie, but there we are smiling," she said of going to work on The Empire Strikes Back the next day while still drunk.

Fisher and Ford started dating when she was nineteen, and while the tall Indiana Jones actor was smitten with her, he wasn't looking for anything serious.

The affair began when the then-married actor kissed Fisher in the backseat of his car.

Fisher gave in to her attraction for him instead of pushing him away.

In her memoir, The Princess Diarist, Fisher described how she began to wonder if the kiss meant anything or if it was just a one-time fling.

The actor became enamored with her co-star, even fantasizing about him abandoning his wife for her.

Her adoration for him grew even stronger after she imitated him and made him laugh, something she was quick to admit he wasn't known for.

Fisher acknowledged that the moment could be a game-changer for her, as she hoped it would convince him that he wanted to marry her and that they would spend the rest of their lives together.

However, after three months of dating, the couple decided to call it quits.

Despite their tumultuous relationship, the co-stars cared for one another.

Ford is visibly mouth-prompting Fisher's line in The Millennium Falcon, according to Entertainment IE.

Director Irvin Kirshner had threatened to fire Fisher if she fumbled her line one more time, according to the story behind Ford feeding Fisher her lines.

Fisher also denied a rumor that she had a visible cocaine nail in a scene in Return Of The Jedi.

She, on the other hand, never denied rumors that she used drugs during the shoot.
