Fans of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are concerned that the couple has split after she dropped a social media 'hint.'

PRIYANKA CHOPRA sent fans into a frenzy when she removed her husband Nick Jonas' famous surname from her Instagram profile.The pair married in not one, but two spectacular weddings in December 2018.Fans are reeling as a result of the actress's covert maneuver.

Priyanka erased the surname Jonas, as well as her maiden name, from her Instagram profile.

Her bio is now simply Priyanka.

She made a similar shift on Twitter, where her bio now just shows her first name in bold letters.

The actor has not addressed his decision, leaving fans to wonder.

Fans of the couple expressed their concern on Twitter, with one commenting, "NICK AND PRIYANKA???" WHAT IS GOING ON?"

"Nick and Priyanka are getting divorced?" inquired another. Huh?"


So far, the celebrity couple has been silent on their relationship status.

Rumors of a breakup surfaced several months after they spent Valentine's Day apart, generating consternation among fans.


The singer, as previously revealed by The Sun, was unable to spend the holiday together due to professional commitments.

While Priyanka was in London filming a film, Nick was in Los Angeles working on The Voice.

They were able to celebrate in their own unique ways, with Priyanka posting a photo of herself surrounded by dozens of roses brought by her husband.

"I wish you were here @nickjonas just a couple of roses," she teased in the message, along with a laughing emoji.

Priyanka posted another snap, captioning it, "My everlasting Valentine." "I adore you."

Nick also took the opportunity to brag about his wife, posting a photo of the two riding horses together.

"Wherever you go, I'll go, since we're in it together," he wrote.

"For better or worse, hang in there for things will only get better." @priyankachopra, Happy Valentine's Day! Thank you for bringing joy and calm into my life on a daily basis. To the moon and back, I adore you."


Priyanka and Nick married on December 1, 2018 in Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace.

The wedding lasted a week, with different celebrations honoring the occasion.

The palace where they said their vows is a 347-room home, making it one of the world's largest private residences.

In November, Nick and Priyanka began their wedding festivities with a Puja ceremony.

They then proceeded to the Sangeet, Mehendi, and Haldi ceremonies, all of which took place in India.

The wedding took place only four months after their engagement in August of 2018.

Following their huge Indian wedding, they had a Christian ceremony.

Nick's father, Paul, a pastor, officiated at the wedding.
