Missing schoolgirls are being sought urgently after they boarded a train together.
Police have made a last-ditch effort to locate two missing friends who went missing in Kent yesterday evening.
Emily Durkin, 13, and Danielle Harman-Murphy, 12, were last seen in Tunbridge Wells in the early hours of Sunday, December 13. They are thought to have taken a train together from Paddock Wood railway station to London, according to Kent police.
Following their disappearance, officers have become concerned for their well-being, according to Kent Online.
At 4 p.m. today, police issued a public information request in the hopes of locating the teenagers who had been reported missing.
Emily stands around five feet and two inches tall, with light brown hair pulled back into a ponytail and brown eyes.
When she was last seen, she was wearing her school uniform and a black coat with a fur-lined hood, and carrying a Michael Kors bag.
Danielle is described as having a medium build, shoulder-length blonde hair, and blue eyes and standing around five feet, five inches tall.
Her school uniform, lilac Nike trainers, and a black shoulder bag completed her ensemble.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact them by dialing 101.
