Monsta X Releases 'The Dreaming,' a New English-Language Album

Monsta X, a Korean pop group, released The Dreaming, an English-language album on December 10th.

Following their 2020 album All About Luv, this is the band's second English-language album.

To coincide with the release of the album, Monsta X also released a film titled Monsta X: The Dreaming.

In 2015, Starship Entertainment debuted Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M as Monsta X.

Shownu is currently not a member of the group because he is finishing his military service.

On September 10, the K-pop group released a pre-release single called "One Day" ahead of the release of The Dreaming.

The single is featured on The Dreaming's tracklist.

On December 10th, the song "You Problem" was released as a single.

Monbebes all over the world were able to see Monsta X: The Dreaming in theaters in the days leading up to its release.

On December 8, the film was released in South Korean theaters.

On December 9 and 11, the film was released in select theaters outside of South Korea.

Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M were interviewed by PEOPLE after the release of The Dreaming.

The Monsta X members discussed The Dreaming and Monsta X: The Dreaming in the interview.

"The Dreaming" is the title of the album, so the lyrics are dreamy and soft, like a poem, and they'll touch your heart," I.M told PEOPLE.

The members then talked about how it felt to see themselves in a movie.

Minhyuk said, "I feel like a movie star."

"Well, I just wanted to say that I think it's going to be awkward because we've been to the theater to watch some of our favorite movies, but this time we're seeing ourselves... in movie theaters," I. M added.

On December 13, members of the K-pop group will perform "One Day" from their new album The Dreaming on Good Morning America.
