The Finale Preview of 'Spies, Lies, and Allies' Shows One of the Teams Struggling
There is only one more episode of "The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies," as the first part of the final challenge aired in the 18th episode and ended with a cliffhanger from TJ Lavin and a sneak peek at the final part of the finale.
This article contains spoilers for "The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies," which aired on December 8 at 8 p.m. Eastern and Pacific time, as well as the sneak peek that aired at the end of the episode previewing the next episode.
Amanda Garcia and Emanuel Neagu were both eliminated from the game during the 18th episode after being voted into the Lair during the Night of Eliminations.
They both chose their opponent, but the game they ended up playing in the Lair was not well-suited to their skill sets, with Amanda opting for Tori in what turned out to be a physical game and Emanuel opting for Devin Walker in a puzzle game.
The remaining eight competitors began the final challenge during the rest of the episode, with Tori Deal and CT Tamburello having strong starts.
It ended with the cast members selecting their new cells for the final, with the result being a purple and orange cell and a preview indicating that some people will struggle.

The eight remaining competitors were divided into two cells, orange and purple, based on their finish at the previous checkpoint, at the end of the first half of the finale.
The first four players to finish their puzzles, Devin, CT, Tori, and Emy Alupei, formed the purple cell, while the last four players, Kyle Christie, Nelson Thomas, Kaycee Clark, and Nany Gonzalez, formed the orange cell.
TJ told the competitors at the end of the episode that they shouldn't be in the last place cell at the end of day one, implying that there might be another purge on the way.
However, it's unclear whether the entire cell or just some of its members will be purged.
He also stated that they would remain in the cells until he stated otherwise, implying that the format could change before the end of the final round.
"Don't slow down," he ominously concluded.
"We're going kind of slow, we can pick it up a little bit," Tori says in a voiceover as an aerial view of the orange and purple teams walking along a ridge appears.
"Alright, go then!" says someone who sounds like Devin, as CT says, "It's the final, move your a**." However, purple may still be in the lead, as there is a clip of Nelson saying, "We can catch them!"
It appears that the teams will be required to carry heavy rockets or capsules in tandem.
"Anything can happen," Nany says, and we hear Tori say, "For the first time, I'm behind another team." The preview ends with TJ telling the assembled competitors, "It's elimination time. You must now face off against each other."
"The Decision" is the title of the final episode, and it is described as follows: "The remaining Challengers fight for their share of the $1,000,000 prize."
A close relationship is put to the test.
Agents are crowned "Spies, Lies, and Allies" winners, but they are then faced with a difficult decision."
Fans should also be aware that the episode will be followed by the premiere episode of "The Challenge: All Stars" season two, as well as the four remaining episodes of the season and season one, which are also available on Paramount.
